Matt Dell
Patient and Survivor Advocate
Matt Dell is the CEO of NerveOTX and a dedicated advocate for early cancer detection, survivorship, and proactive care through advanced diagnostics. A survivor of multiple HPV16-positive metastatic recurrences, Matt’s journey has fueled his mission to expand awareness, access, and insurance reimbursement for cutting-edge monitoring tools such as NavDx and Signatera. His story was recently featured by Naveris, where he shared how proactive NavDx testing detected his lung metastasis early and ultimately saved his life — a turning point that reshaped both his perspective and his purpose.
After facing several recurrences and navigating treatment decisions across leading cancer centers, Matt committed himself to helping others avoid the uncertainty, delays, and blind spots he experienced during his own journey. He collaborates closely with clinicians, researchers, and advocacy organizations to advance HPV education, broaden patient access to molecular diagnostics, support immunotherapy innovation, and empower patients with credible information and expert connections.
Professionally, Matt leads NerveOTX, a direct-current neuro-therapy company trusted by medical practices, professional athletes, and rehabilitation centers nationwide. With over 35 years as an entrepreneur and operator, he has built mission-driven companies, advised founders, and leveraged a broad national network across healthcare, sports performance, and wellness.
Matt divides his time between Chicago and Naples, Florida where he remains heavily involved in community fundraising and patient support initiatives. He uses his story, network, and experience to guide others through the complexities of HPV-related cancer care with more clarity and support than he had.
